The Royal Horticultural Society (RHS) has licensed independent publisher Michael O’Mara Books to publish a range of four Royal Horticultural Society gifts and related products.
In May, Michael O’Mara Books will publish RHS Notes and Quotes, RHS Postcard Book, RHS Postcards to Colour and The RHS Colouring Diary. Each of these will contain full colour illustrations from the RHS Lindley Library, inspirational quotations from gardeners and horticultural experts, pages for jottings as well as musings, and space for drawing.
Louise Dixon, senior editorial director of Michael O’Mara Books, said: "We are delighted to be producing this range of books and printed material for the RHS, the main inspiration for which came both from the extent and depth of the RHS Lindley Library and from the gardens themselves. In fact having access to such amazing artwork and being asked to bring it to consumers in such a delightful way is inspiring in itself."
Cathy Snow, licensing manager, RHS, added: "These books make wonderful use of images from the RHS Lindley Library and are not only beautifully designed and presented but practical and inspirational. This is a delightful range of books that will be popular with horticulture lovers everywhere."
RHS Notes and Quotes, RHS Postcard Book and RHS Postcards to Colour will be available from 5th May. The RHS Colouring Diary will be published on 2nd June.
