Moroccan cookbook goes to Mitchell Beazley

Mitchell Beazley publishing director Stephanie Jackson has acquired the début cookbook of MyMoroccanFood.com founder Nargisse Benkabbou.

Jackson secured world rights in all languages to Casablanca from Ariella Feiner of United Agents.

Jackson said: “I’m delighted to be bringing an exciting, authentic new voice to the food scene: Nargisse is an exceptional cook.”

Casablanca will be published on 3rd May 2018.
