Nelle Andrew, formerly of PFD, has joined the Rachel Mills Literary agency.
Andrew will continue to work with her clients across fiction and non-fiction, including the Costa Prize-winner Sara Collins, Jing Jing Lee (currently longlisted for the Women’s Fiction Prize and Walter Scott prize,) two-time British Book Award nominee Bryony Gordon, bestsellers Elizabeth Day and Heidi Perks, and Pandora Sykes and Cariad Lloyd.

Andrew said: “It has been an incredible 11 years at PFD, but I am ready for a change and incredibly excited to be joining RML. Having worked with Rachel and Alex before, they know my methods and taste inside out and I feel that the opportunities RML offer is perfect for the ambitions I have for my authors. I know we will go on to do incredible things together."
Rachel Mills added: “I am very happy that Nelle and her carefully curated list of authors are coming to join RML. This marks a big step in RML’s growth and direction. Nelle has long been one of the agents I most admire, her list is extremely diverse, and she supports her clients tirelessly.
"Nelle’s ethos, entrepreneurial spirit and modern cross-media approach to managing her clients’ careers is perfectly aligned with RML’s strategy.”
Andrew was shortlisted as a British Book Awards Literary Agent of the Year in 2018 and was a Bookseller Rising Star in 2016.
