Ingram Content Group has announced a string of new hires and promotions.
In the UK, Benjamin Hughes has joined Ingram as Key Account Sales Manager for Lightning Source UK in the US-based company's Milton Keynes office. Hughes will work with UK-based trade customers and manage a varied portfolio while being responsible for building relationships with new contacts.
Philip Weston has joined Ingram as Manager of Facilities and Compliance in Milton Keynes. Weston will advise and support Lightning Source UK and NBNi on health, safety and fire management.
Earlier this year Ingram announced plans to move distribution plans from Plymouth to a new centre in Milton Keynes. Located around two miles from the current Ingram-owned Lightning Source UK facility, the move is expected to be completed in early 2020.
New hires in the US include Jayme Heffler who has joined the firm as as Senior Manager, Marketing Services for VitalSource Technologies in the New York office. Heffler will head the business-to-business marketing team and create go-to market strategy.
Jason Rice has joined Ingram as a Sales Representative for Ingram Content Group. Rice will cover the New England and Mid-Atlantic area as part of the retail services field team. In this role, Rice will meet customers face-to-face and grow business within his territory.
Also in the US, Angela Maclean has been promoted to Client Relations Manager in the Berkeley office. Maclean will work alongside the Publishers Group West client relations team on a portfolio of clients with a focus on client relationship management.
