Penguin authors Roxy Pope and Ben Pook, of the popular online platform So Vegan, have published a digital cookbook to raise money for charity.
To date the duo have raised more than £7,000 for charities fighting Covid-19.
The Lockdown Cookbook contains 10 different "fuss-free" recipes "to keep spirits up and bellies full during the Covid-19 pandemic".
Created in response to the pandemic, the idea is to help people "get creative with the food they already have in their kitchens", with suggestions for substitutes in case readers can't get their hands on certain ingredients.
All proceeds (100%) will be donated to charities Médecins Sans Frontières (Doctors Without Borders), UNICEF and NHS Charities.
Everyone who donates a minimum of £1 will receive a copy of the e-book but supporters can donate as much as they like.
The Lockdown Cookbook fundraiser is now open for donations and supporters will receive a copy of the digital download via the duo's Virgin Money Giving page.
Pope and Pook's one pot recipe book, One Pot Vegan (Michael Joseph), is meanwhile still slated for 23rd July.
