Octopus Publishing is launching an app to help puppy owners train their new pets in collaboration with app developer Aimer Media.
'Puppy School' is designed to "bring canine control to your fingertips". It features 84 step-by-step exercises, over 300 images and 40 videos.
Developed with leading dog behaviourist, Gwen Bailey, author of the puppy training guide, Perfect Puppy (Hamlyn), 'Puppy School' provides "expert" knowledge and interactivity on training puppies.
The app enables users to input their dog’s birth date for a personalised exercise programme, create their own timelines in order to record events, milestones, training achievements and photos along the way, and follow and log exercises, among other features.
PuppySchool is free to download with 20 unlocked exercises. The remaining exercises are available for £3.99 in a single in-app purchase.
