Penguin Business commissions second book from authors of The Squiggly Career

Penguin Business will publish You Coach You, a second book by Sarah Ellis and Helen Tupper, authors of Sunday Times bestseller The Squiggly Career (Portfolio Penguin, 2020). 

Commissioning editor Lydia Yadi has acquired world rights direct from the authors. Publication is scheduled for January 2022. 

You Coach You aims to democratise coaching and give people the skills and confidence to overcome career challenges and work through "knotty problems" by themselves.

The book will feature practical exercises, tools and advice from "inspiring" people to help readers find answers, take action and achieve more in their career. 

Ellis and Tupper are the founders of Amazing If, a company with a mission to make careers better for everyone. They also have a business podcast, "Squiggly Careers", which has been nominated for best business podcast at The British Podcast Awards.
