Penguin Random House lifestyle brand Penguin Living has set up a week-long pop-up book shop in Paddington Central.
The pop-up will be on site from today Monday 3rd April - Friday 7th April, when Penguin Living will be joined by a selection of expert authors offering advice and running lunchtime workshops.
Each day will begin with a "Breakfast for the Mind" session, complete with free taster pot porridge from Alex Hely-Hutchinson's book 26 Grains (Ebury), before proceeding to a different, changing daily theme. Today's theme is "Fit and strong", tomorrow's "Life-hacks at Home, Work and Play", Wedensday's "Eat Well, Eat Wise", Thursday's "A Question of Sleep", and Friday's "Something for the Weekend".
Activities range from workout sessions to how to choose the perfect mattress, spoon carving masterclasses and tips on "how to pimp your lunchbox".
Penguin Living books will be available to buy from the shop all week, and there will also be opportunities to win free copies.
Penguin Living, a series of live consumer events promoting Penguin authors and experts specialised in personal development, soft launched in July 2016.
