Piatkus bags two more from Griffin
Little Brown's Piatkus imprint has bought two new thrillers from Mark Griffin.
When Silence Kills and When Evil Wakes will be the third and fourth books in Griffin’s London-based crime series starring criminal psychologist Holly Wakefield. Commissioning editor Hannah Wann acquired world English language rights from Luigi Bonomi at LBA Books.
The two previous novels in the series, When Darkness Calls (2018) and When Angels Sleep (2019), were also published by Little, Brown.
Wann said: "Mark’s writing is dark, twisty and utterly gripping. Holly Wakefield is a fantastic heroine and I’m thrilled to be publishing more novels in this superb series."
Griffin commented: "I'm really happy that Hannah and Little, Brown have given Holly the chance to track down more killers who walk without conscience."
