Pinch of Nom duo Kate Allinson and Kay Featherstone have revealed the concept and title for their new recipe book Pinch of Nom Comfort Food: 100 Slimming, Satisfying Meals.
Published by Bluebird on 9th December, the book will contain 100 "hearty, simple and low calorie recipes that will keep the whole family satisfied through those cold winter days and into the holiday season”.

The Pinch of Nom and Bluebird teams say they have plans to take the new book to a bigger audience than ever before. They will mix personalisation, swag giveaways, community and newsletter engagement alongside trials on platforms such as TikTok.
Pinch of Nom titles have sold 2.5 million print books in the UK through Nielsen Bookscan for £23.9m. The debut Pinch of Nom book hit 1.3 million copies sold and is still the fastest-selling non-fiction title of all time, selling 210,506 copies in its first three days on sale. The latest, Pinch of Nom Quick & Easy, spent seven weeks in the UK Official Top 50 number one spot across December and January. It has sold 264,189 copies to date through Nielsen, exlcuding lockdown periods.
