Pinch of Nom books hit four million milestone

Pinch of Nom duo Kate Allinson and Kay Featherstone have now sold more than four million copies of their books in the UK, according to publisher Bluebird.

Bluebird said the series, which launched in March 2019 with the fastest selling non-fiction book on record, hit the milestone on 1st February. Through Nielsen BookScan in the UK they have sold 3.2 million copies, excluding lockdown periods.

Allinson and Featherstone have now published four cookbooks–Pinch of Nom Cookbook, Pinch of Nom Everyday Light, Pinch of Nom Quick & Easy and Pinch of Nom Comfort Food, alongside three food planners. Comfort Food hit the Christmas number one spot in 2021 and has dominated the charts since, only being dislodged from the top spot last week.

This year the pair will publish another cookbook, with its concept still to be announced. Another food planner is also due in June.
