Publishers on starting grid with Button

Haynes Publishing is rush releasing a biography of Formula 1 champion Jenson Button and a book about the Brawn team that helped secure him victory.

The Brawn Story and Jenson Button: The World Champion’s Story will both be published in hardback on 19th November. Weidenfeld & Nicolson will also publish Button's authorised illustrated autobiography, entitled My Grand Prix Season, on 19th November.

Button clinched the championship after finishing fifth in this weekend's Brazilian Grand Prix. Button's future in the sport had looked uncertain in 2008 when his team Honda withdrew from Formula One. But Honda's on-track strategist Ross Brawn led a management buy-out of the team and put together a car that Button used to win his first Formula One championship in his 10 year career.
