Literary agency Robertson Murray has started a partnership with entertainment PR firm Belle Public Relations.
Together they are developing an author list to include some of the UK’s most recognised and emerging talent, including entrepreneurs, with a view to developing author brands.
Jenny Heller and Charlotte Robertson, co-founders of the agency, said: “We have long admired Belle PR for their boundless energy and creativity in delivering first-class results and unmissable campaigns for their clients, including building bestselling author brands such as Katie Piper and Mrs Hinch. In joining forces, we will be able to offer a powerful end-to-end service to our shared talent pool, to the massive benefit of both emerging and established authors, and to their publishers. We are completely thrilled to be paired-up with such a collaborative and results-driven business such as Belle and look forward to the imminent announcements of very high-profile projects.”
The literary agency, which launched in the summer of 2019, is a division of Hilary Murray's talent agency Arlington Management Ltd.
Charlotte Tobin, Belle PR founder and m.d., added: "Robertson Murray are the home of great writers and their stories - they are the very best at what they do. They value the fast-paced influencer and talent industry, a world in which we are immersed. Jenny and her team also recognise the priceless impact of great publicity and the immense value this has for publishers and authors alike. Whilst we know great talent and the media, our gap was the skill set, contacts and knowledge within the publishing space. Like us, Robertson Murray really care about their clients, and pride themselves in providing the greatest support possible, every step of the way. With many books already in the pipeline for our collaborative venture, I could not be more excited for the future of this partnership!"
