Rowman & Littlefield (R&L) has reshuffled responsibilities within its sales and marketing team, as it continues to grow internationally.

Alex Kind has pivoted to the newly created role of European and digital sales manager, which will see R&L take direct account management of Europe for the first time in its history. Kind will also be heading up R&L’s acceleration of digital delivery of content globally.
Fazi Ramjhun has moved into a new role as international sales manager for Asia Pacific, with particular focus on accounts based in Japan, Korea and South East Asia.
Tim Hardy, as marketing and communications manager, will continue to increase R&L’s focus on communication of data to market, and building innovative marketing campaigns around key new titles.
The rest of the team will continue as before, with Matthew Urwin as head of sales, Sean McDonagh as head of rights and permissions, and Ben Glover as director of the UK-based International team.
