PFD has revealed a number of staff changes with Alexandra Cliff due to leave the agency, promotions for Rebecca Wearmouth (pictured right) and Laura Otal and a new role for Giulia Bernabe.
After nine years international rights director, Cliff, who was included in The Bookseller's 2014 Rising Stars, is leaving PFD to join Rachel Mills Literary.
Wearmouth has been promoted to international rights director at PFD from rights agent, where she had management of China, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Italy Portugal, Brazil and Poland, after five years at the company.
Ota has been promoted from associate agent, where she had responsibility for rights in Spain and Latin America, Greece, Israel, Russia, Turkey, Eastern Europe, and South East Asia, to rights agent.
PFD said in recognition of Bernabe’s contribution in such a short time to the growth of the estates rights business, the agency has created a new role for her of head of rights - estates.
