Sum 41 for Ware pair

Vintage UK says rights to Ruth Ware’s two thrillers have been sold into 41 territories.

Jane Kirby, Vintage rights director, said it was “an absolute pleasure” to sell Ware’s début In a Dark, Dark Wood, and its follow-up The Woman in Cabin 10.

She added: “Securing 41 international sales for a début writer is sensational; Ruth has taken the international rights markets by storm. We couldn’t be more delighted.”

Ware’s pair have sold close to 90,000 units through BookScan UK.
