Sweeney joins Lego Books as managing editor

Nick Sweeney has joined Ameet Studio as managing editor of Lego Books, reporting to publisher Cindy Loh. 

Sweeney has seven years of global book publishing experience in various managing editorial roles; most recently he worked at Bloomsbury where he co-ordinated with project stakeholders in the UK and US and managed schedules and copyedited and proofread board books, picture books, fiction, non-fiction and reprints. 

He said: “This is an amazing opportunity. I admire Ameet and Lego Books’ commitment to cultivating children’s imaginations through playful reading, and I’m very much looking forward to joining in their mission to produce inventive and high-quality books.”
