The Audio Agency is partnering with children’s non-fiction publisher Noodle Juice to publish their audiobooks.
Noodle Juice’s new Little Book, BIG Idea series is set to spearhead the new Darling Buds audiobook imprint in autumn 2023. The first LBBI titles that will launch the list include What is Music?, What is Philosophy?, What is Art? and What is Money?
“We’re turning Noodle Juice’s ‘eyeball magnets’ into earworms!” said Marisa McGreevy-Rose, who co-founded The Audio Agency with Katie Sparks in March. “The Noodle Juice team are firm believers in the importance of silliness and they publish books that help little people answer big questions in an increasingly confusing world. Katie and I love laugh-out-loud non-fiction that engages fact-loving kids and have committed to publishing several Noodle Juice series already, including When I Grow Up, Express Yourself and Elephant and Friends.”
Sarah Walden, managing director, publisher and co-founder of Noodle Juice, added: “We’re delighted to be working with The Audio Agency to turn our fresh and inspiring content into audiobooks. To have such industry experts transform our non-fiction into compelling non-fiction audio is extremely exciting. We can’t wait to listen to them!”
