Titan Books has acquired a new literary horror novel titled The Only Good Indians, written by Stephen Graham Jones.
Managing editor George Sandison acquired UK and Commonwealth rights from Gallery Press rights director Paul O’Halloran. Titan Books will publish The Only Good Indians in July 2020.
"An atmospheric contemporary gothic thriller that follows four men as they face the consequences of a misgotten elk hunt 10 years prior," reads the synopsis, "The Only Good Indians is an incredible addition to the genre offering a harrowing and gripping meditation on nature, community, family and identity that sits part way between Adam Nevill’s The Ritual and Liane Moriarty’s Big Little Lies."
Sandison said: "People who know their horror will be just as excited as I am about a new Stephen Graham Jones book—always a red letter day for the genre. For those of you about to discover him, you're in for a wild ride. This is horror at its best, terrifying, profound, beautiful, redemptive and utterly compelling."
