Olympic champion and TV personality Tom Daley is publishing a new lifestyle book with HQ, called Tom’s Daily Goals.
Following on from his book of recipes HQ published in 2016, the new book will focus on seven "daily health touchpoints throughout the day".
According to HQ, Daley will take readers from morning stretches, to mental self-care while commuting, immune system boosting, stress-busting and resilience training, and finally digital detoxing and clean sleeping, providing a routine that will appeal to anyone who feels "tired, stressed, run down and time poor".
It includes recipes and fitness plans his publishers says "take a more holistic approach to make sure our bodies are performing at their best".
