Toole to chair SfEP

Wendy Toole has taken over from Sarah Price as chair of the Society for Editors and Proofreaders (SfEP).

Toole previously served as vice-chair and as the SfEP's professional development editor. She will combine the role with her work as freelance editor.

Toole's publishing career includes stints as children's book editor at Granada Publishing and as a general adult non-fiction editor for Time-Life Books.
