Unicorn Publishing’s group managing director David Breuer has died aged 66, the publisher announced today. He passed away on 2nd February and the company has paid tribute to him, calling him a "respected figure in the publishing industry for decades".
A statement from Unicorn added: "David has left behind a remarkable legacy of dedication, innovation and passion for the written word. Everyone at Unicorn extends its heartfelt condolences to David’s family, friends and loved ones during this difficult time."
The company went on to say that it "remains committed to ensuring business continuity and upholding the values and high standards that David championed".
Unicorn will be working closely with clients and suppliers to ensure a smooth transition, and further updates will be shared in due course.
