Waterstones to open second bookshop in Fareham
Waterstones is opening a second bookshop in Fareham, Portsmouth.
A spokesperson for the retailer said: “We have long hoped to open a sister shop to our popular Thackeray Mall location in central Fareham and have now found a great home in the out-of-town Whiteley shopping centre.”
Work started at the new store on 11th July with the opening planned for 12th August.
“We can’t wait to welcome everyone through the doors of our beautiful new bookshop,” the spokesperson added.
The new bookshop address will be: Unit A2, Whiteley Shopping, Whiteley Way, Whiteley, Fareham PO15 7PD.
Waterstones recently announced the opening new bookshops in London, Lichfield, Suffolk and Oldham.
