Yellow Kite, an imprint of Hodder & Stoughton, will publish The Book of Yoga Self-Practice by Rebecca Anderton-Davies, originally self-published by the author last year.
Editorial director Lauren Whelan acquired world rights from Rachel Mills at Rachel Mills Literary. The title will be published in e-book on 23rd July and in paperback on 20th August.
Inspired by the author's recovery journey after she was hit by a truck, The Book of Yoga Self-Practice offers readers 20 tools to create, develop and maintain an independent yoga self-practice with many sequence variations.
Whelan commented: "I have been looking for a practical yoga guide that will truly speak to readers everywhere and bring the beauty and benefits of yoga to the page in a captivating, clear way. Rebecca’s inspiring story, message and her exceptional platform are going to be such a powerful resource that I’m really proud to be publishing."
Anderton-Davies said: "Working with the Yellow Kite team and Rachel Mills is a dream come true. This is the book I wish I had with me when I started my own yoga journey and now I hope that many more people can discover the life changing benefits of practising the yoga they want, whenever they want."
