Aster, part of the Octopus Publishing Group, has acquired the debut book from A&E doctor and broadcaster Dr Alex George.
Kate Adams, consultant publisher, acquired world rights all languages from Carly Cook with Harry Grenville at Found. Live Well Every Day: 7 Ways to Transform Your Health Today will be published on 13th May 2021 and will be the "ultimate handbook for everyday health".
George will provide readers with tips, facts and inspiration to swap their unhealthy habits for healthier ones. The book will present the "best, clearest and most effective health information for taking care of your body and mind". George will also share personal and professional anecdotes from his own life.
Adams commented: "Dr Alex has a way of talking about health that is so immediate and compelling. He has a true passion to communicate the simple ways that we can all take good care of ourselves and feel empowered to face the very modern health challenges of today's world. We're excited to be publishing Live Well Every Day."

George is an A&E doctor and fully qualified Level 3 personal trainer. His is known as a regular guest on ITV's "Good Morning Britain", "Sky News" and Capital FM. He has over one million follows on Instagram and has his own podcast, "The Waiting Room".
