Avon scoops another 'bingeable' thriller from Alderson

Avon has scooped another "bingeable" thriller from Sarah Alderson.

Molly Walker-Sharp, commissioning editor, struck the deal for world English rights for The Cabin in the Woods with Amanda Preston at LBA. The book is due to be published this summer. 

It follows a young woman named Rose, who has disappeared from her New York socialite life in mysterious circumstances. Hiding out in upstate woodland, she begins to worry she is not as off-grid as she thought when it becomes clear she is being watched.

Alderson said: "I’m delighted to be publishing another book with Avon, who have provided a wonderful home for me as an author. Their dynamic and forward-thinking approach is truly exciting, and I look forward to The Cabin in the Woods hitting the shelves this year."
