Bloomsbury UK and US have jointly acquired a new baking book by Paul Hollywood.
Rowan Yapp at Bloomsbury UK and Harriet LeFavour at Bloomsbury US jointly bought world all-languages rights to Celebrate: Joyful Baking All Year Round from Geraldine Woods and Anna Bruce at Yellow Poppy Media in an exclusive submission. Bloomsbury UK will publish Celebrate in June 2025, with the US publication in September of the same year.
"With chapters on spring, summer, autumn and winter as well as party food and cakes, Celebrate has something for every occasion, from Easter and Christmas, to summer picnics, Valentine’s Day and much more," the synopsis says. "It includes recipes for easy traybakes, layer cakes, quiches, tarts, breads, pastries, desserts and cookies, family favourites like mini chocolate logs and twists on classics like strawberry heart scones, as well as Paul’s delectable ‘Bake Off’ cake and scrumptious handheld beef pies. Thanks to Paul’s delicious favours, fool-proof techniques and stunning recipes, Celebrate makes the moments that mean the most to us all the more memorable."
