Bluebird will publish Pinch of Nom’s first-ever collection of recipes exclusively for air fryers.
World all-language rights to Pinch of Nom Air Fryer were acquired by Bluebird and One Boat publisher, Lizzy Gray, from Clare Hulton. It will publish on 20th June 2024.
Pinch of Nom duo Kate and Kay Allinson launched their eponymous cookbook in March 2019, which was the fastest-selling non-fiction book on record at the time.
Pinch of Nom Air Fryer will feature brand-new recipes and their most loved classic recipes adapted for air fryers. The publisher said: “With speedy lunches, satisfying fakeaways, weekday dinners and weekend meals, foolproof roasts and sweet treats, Pinch of Nom’s trademark big flavours create dishes that everyone will love – whether you’re new to air frying or searching for tasty time and energy-saving meals, and whether you are watching your waistline or not.”
Kate and Kay Allinson said: “This book has been a long time coming! We saw how often our community asked for it, and we wanted to get it right, which meant taking the time to develop the very best air fryer recipes that balanced healthy eating, convenience and taste. Pinch of Nom have sold 4.2 million copies for £40.2m. The first Pinch of Nom book is their bestseller, accounting for nearly 1.5 million copies and £14.6m.
