Choc Lit falls for Katie Evergreen's 'pure romantic escapism' in three-book deal

Choc Lit has fallen for three billionaire romances from Katie Evergreen. 

Former editorial director Emma Grundy Haigh acquired world rights in a three-book deal from Tanera Simons, formerly of Darley Anderson Agency. Head of Choc Lit Becky Slorach will publish the series, with the first book scheduled for release in February 2025.

In the first standalone romance, "infamous playboy" and extreme sports enthusiast Devlin Storm is stranded on a mountain with Darcy Wainwright, after one of his "daredevil risks backfires". The synopsis continues: "Forced to rely on each other to find a way off the mountain, both Devlin and Darcy must learn to survive not only the harsh weather but the building chemistry between them." 

Slorach said: "From the moment Emma and I read Katie’s billionaire romances we were captivated. They are pure romantic escapism with gorgeous heroes and spirited heroines. Katie writes with such passion for her characters and I am thrilled to be publishing them in 2025."
