Ebury Press scoops up new Jane’s Patisserie book

Ebury Press has announced it will publish the third book by Jane Dunn, entitled Jane’s Patisserie: Everyday. 

Commissioning editor Sam Crisp bought world all-language rights directly from the author, with the book, which covers “simple treats, fool-proof cakes and comforting savoury bakes”, scheduled for publication on 3rd August 2023.

The publisher says: “With exclusive recipes requested by her fans, popular cult classics and simple easy-to-follow methods, this book has everything you need for effortless mouth-watering winners every day. Including Jane’s iconic sweet treats, fluffy cakes, deliciously moreish breads, flaky pastry and more. With tips on freezing and how to make staple bakes free-from, Everyday is packed with big flavours that everyone will love."

According to TCM BookScan, 352,331 books by Dunn have been sold for a total of £3.84m, with Jane’s Patisserie going on to sell a quarter of a million copies.

Crisp said: “Jane is a powerhouse in the baking space and it’s been incredible to see her audience grow with her. We are so proud to be publishing her third book.
