Ebury Press serves up two more cookbooks by Hayley Dean

Ebury Press has snapped up two more cookbooks by Hayley Dean.

Editorial director Ru Merritt bought world all language rights directly from the author. Ebury Press will publish the first book, How to Make Anything in an Air Fryer: Easy Dinners!, in hardback and e-book on 8th August 2024. The second book, How to Make Anything in a Slow Cooker, will be published in hardback and e-book on 21st October 2024.

"Easy Dinners! includes 100 meals to be made in your air fryer so that you’re saving money and energy, without compromising on flavour," the synopsis says. "I love being able to teach people to make new things they might not have thought of before, using their beloved air fryer," Dean added.

Merritt said: "Hayley is simply the dream author. She is so committed to creating recipes that everyone will love, and her recipes are always easy to make, use ingredients I can find in my local supermarket, and make use of the air fryer in ways I’d never have thought of. With over a third of the UK population owning an air fryer, I’m excited for even more home cooks to discover the genius of Hayley’s cooking."
