Ebury has scooped an "evidence based guide to family eating" by nutritionist Charlotte Stirling-Reed. Editorial director Samantha Jackson acquired world rights in How to Feed Your Family: Your One-Stop Guide to Creating Healthy Meals That Everyone Will Enjoy in a six-figure, two-book deal from Bev James Management.
Stirling-Reed is also the author of How to Wean Your Baby (Vermilion) and How to Feed Your Toddler (Vermilion). How to Feed Your Family, her third book, will publish on 20th July 2023.
The publisher said: "Packed with Charlotte’s trademark approach of practical support and nurturing step-by-step guidance to help busy parents lay the best nutritional foundations possible, while inspiring them with 70 delicious, healthy, and affordable meals."
The book also includes menu planning tips, suggested weekly menus and downloadable supermarket shopping lists. It will be supported by a full marketing campaign, incorporating social and PR activity.
Stirling-Reed said: “With my new book, I’ve created a toolkit that makes feeding families easier, taking some pressure off, offering meal ideas, inspiration, and hacks that can really help at home, but at the same time acknowledging that it doesn’t always have to be perfect — sometimes your best will do.”
Jackson added: “We are thrilled to be publishing another stand-out book with the brilliant Charlotte Stirling-Reed. Like all Charlotte’s books, How to Feed Your Family brings something totally different to the family food space. Charlotte’s expertise mixed with her incredible understanding of what her audience needs is what makes her publishing so successful, and we can’t wait for this book to be a bestseller too.”
"Body Coach" Joe Wicks, who is a father of three, said: “This is a must-have book for busy families who want to eat well and get organised in the kitchen.”
