Firebird Pictures options Robert Webb's debut novel Come Again

Firebird Pictures has optioned Robert Webb's novel Come Again for adaptation into a multi-part TV series. 

Come Again was published by Canongate in April. TV rights were acquired by Firebird co-founder Craig Holleworth from Michele Milburn and Marc Simonsson at MMB Creative. 

BBC Studios is a minority shareholder in Firebird Pictures, which was founed in 2019.  

In the book, the husband of protagonist Kate dies suddenly, and in the grieving process her life falls apart. One day, she wakes up as her 18-year-old self but with full memory of her life to come. She meets her husband again, embarking on a mission to fall in love and save him from the silent killer he is already carrying.
