Ebury Press has acquired a third book from Graeme Tomlinson, known on Instagram as The Fitness Chef.
Publishing director Laura Higginson bought world all language rights from Jennifer Christie at Graham Maw Christie. Lose Weight Without Losing Your Mind will be published on 20th January 2022.
Billed as the "ultimate mind-and-body reset to help everyone lose weight for good using simple psychology and evidence-based weight-loss strategies", Lose Weight Without Losing Your Mind will tackle food guilt and diet myths, focusing not just on diet but happiness and body positivity too.
Tomlinson has one million followers on Instagram and has published two previous books with Ebury: 2019's Eat What You Like and Lose Weight for Life, and 2021's Still Tasty.
He commented: "I am delighted to work with Ebury on my next book. As a nutrition coach I see popular diet myths not only confuse people and make it harder for them to lose weight, but also create unnecessary food guilt, anxiety and other mental health issues. I want to show people there is a simpler, more enjoyable way to weight loss, better health and lasting happiness."
Higginson said: "Graeme remains a breath of fresh air with his fact-based approach to helping people build a healthy relationship with their bodies and food. He is both straight-talking and supportive, offering genuinely useful advice for people navigating the complex world of weight loss."
