Fourth Estate serves up two more from Jones

Fourth Estate has snapped up two more books from Anna Jones, known for One: Pot Pan Planet. 

Louise Haines, publishing director, bought world rights from Felicity Blunt at Curtis Brown. The first, Easy Wins: 12 Flavour Hits, 132 Delicious Recipes, 365 Days of Good Eating, will be published on 14th March 2024. 

Easy Wins features “12 hero ingredients, from lemons to olive oil, miso to mustard and tahini to tomatoes, to dial up the flavour and transform your cooking”. She has created 132 brand new recipes from these ingredients including Double Lemon Pilaf with Brown Butter Almonds, Traybake Tomato and Lemon Dhal, Miso Rarebit, and Cherry and Chocolate Peanut Butter Sundae.
