Celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay is publishing three new books with Hodder & Stoughton, the first of which, Gordon Ramsay Bread Street Kitchen, is due for release in October.
Editorial director at Hodder & Stoughton, Nicky Ross, bought world rights to three books by Ramsay from Creative Artists Agency.
Gordon Ramsay Bread Street Kitchen is a collection of 100 "fresh" new recipes from Gordon Ramsay, who features on shows as "Kitchen Nightmares", "Hell’s Kitchen" and "MasterChef US", as well as the award-winning team at his restaurant, the Bread Street Kitchen. It covers breakfast, dinner and "everything in between" and will be all about relaxed and sociable eating, using fresh ingredients and simple techniques.
Ross said: "It is really exciting to be publishing a new Gordon Ramsay book this autumn. It’s been three years since we published Gordon’s Ultimate Home Cooking so it’s definitely time to give his legions of fans something new. Written with Gordon’s trademark authority, Bread Street Kitchen is full of great recipes all with that signature Ramsay twist so you know they’re going to work and taste delicious."
Ramsay said: "If you think you can’t eat as well at home as you do in a restaurant – think again. At Bread Street Kitchen we’re all about relaxed, fresh, seasonal ingredients which means that the recipes are perfect for the home cook looking for new ideas for breakfast, lunch or dinner."
Gordon Ramsay Bread Street Kitchen will be published on the 20th October 2016. Hodder & Stoughton will be publishing two further cookery books by Ramsay in Autumn 2017 and Autumn 2018.
Hodder published Gordon Ramsay's Ultimate Cookery Course in 2012, a book previously published by Quadrille, followed by Gordon Ramsay's Ultimate Home Cooking in 2013. Christmas with Gordon is still published with Quadrille, with a paperback published in October last year.
