Hamlyn has scooped Dirty Vegan Fast and Easy: Totally Awesome Vegan Recipes by Matt Pritchard.
Publishing director Eleanor Maxfield acquired world rights, excluding the US, from Dave Malik and Nik Linnen at John Noel Management. The book will now be published by editorial director Natalie Bradley and be released on 7th December 2023.
This is the third Dirty Vegan book by Pritchard and Dirty Vegan and Easy aims to show how fast and easy it can be to go vegan with "low-effort, crowd-pleasing and delicious" recipes which can be prepared with everyday ingredients. The cookbook includes easy one-pot meals such as vegetable gochujang stew and recipes to impress such as butter bean bourguignon alongside "vegan twists" on comfort food classics like baked mac and "sheeze".
Pritchard is also an endurance athlete who completes extreme challenges for charity and wants to show how easy and cheap it can be to become vegan. He commented: "All good things come in three’s and this third book is no exception. I hope you have as much fun cooking with this book as much as I did making it. Banging plant based food made easy."
Bradley added: "We are delighted to be working with Matt on his third Dirty Vegan book. This is plant‐based cooking with bite, which shows just how easy a vegan diet can be."
