Hamlyn has acquired the third cookbook from vegan restaurant Mildreds, Mildreds Easy Vegan.
Natalie Bradley acquired world rights, all languages, direct from Mildreds. It will be published in September 2023.
The new book includes more than 115 vegan recipes, promising to be “accessible, delicious and, above all, easy”.
Bradley said of the acquisition: “Mildreds is a London institution known for their bold, moreish, flavour-packed food. Their latest cookbook is full of simple recipes for excellent meat-free cooking, pared back and designed for busy home cooks who want to eat well through the week.”
