Hamlyn has secured The Unprocessed Air Fryer: 101 Healthy, Family Recipes Free From Ultra-Processed Foods by presenter, nutrition expert and author Jenny Tschiesche, who is the resident nutritionist in a new Channel 5 series, The Air Fryer Diet.
Publisher Kate Fox acquired world all-language rights from Jane Graham Maw at Graham Maw Christie. The book will be published on 8th May 2025 in hardback and e-book.
The synopsis states: "With over 100 foolproof, family-friendly recipes, The Unprocessed Air Fryer shows how to make everything from fakeaways to fries, Sunday roasts to sweet treats, all in the air fryer with minimum fuss – and no UPFs. Packed with store cupboard hacks and clever swaps, qualified nutritionist Jenny Tschiesche shows how the air fryer makes cooking from scratch even quicker and easier."
Fox commented: "Jenny is a brilliant cook and an accomplished nutritionist, so I’m overjoyed that she has chosen to come to Hamlyn to bring her healthy family recipes to an even wider audience. Her recipes are deceptively simple, but irresistibly delicious."
Tschiesche added: "In today’s fast-paced world, preparing nutritious meals from scratch can be daunting. This book demonstrates how the simplicity and convenience of an air fryer can help anyone eliminate ultra-processed foods from their diet."
