HarperCollins has scooped the rights to Christina Kynigos’ air-fryer cookbook, Healthy Air Fryer Feasts. Danielle Pender, deputy publishing director at HQ, secured world rights in all languages from Amanda Harris at YMU. The cookbook will be available in hardback and e-book formats in November.
This cookbook features more than 80 high-protein recipes, all fewer than 600 calories and ready in less than 30 minutes.
Kynigos was dubbed "the air fryer queen" by Nathan Anthony, author of Bored of Lunch, and through her air-fryer content she has amassed an online audience of more than one million followers.
Kynigos said: "Air fryers are taking over the food world for a reason. They save time and money, they’re faster than a conventional oven, and they significantly lower your energy bills. What’s not to love? My healthy air-fryer feasts focus on foods you actually want to eat. I wanted to create recipes that are as satisfying as they are nutritious, making it easier for everyone to enjoy meals that are both good for you and delicious."
Pender added: "We are thrilled to bring Healthy Air Fryer Feasts to a global audience. Christina Kynigos has a unique talent for making healthy cooking accessible, fun and incredibly flavourful. This cookbook is sure to become an essential kitchen companion for anyone looking to eat better without compromise."
HQ will publish Healthy Air Fryer Feasts on 21st November in hardback and e-book.
