HarperCollins snaps up Air Fryer Baking Magic by TV baker Juliet Sear

HarperCollins has snapped up Air Fryer Baking Magic by Juliet Sear, who has been a guest baker on ITV’s “This Morning”.

HarperNonFiction publishing director Katya Shipster bought world all language rights from Grant Michaels at Encanta Talent Management, and the book will publish in hardback and e-book on 18th July 2024.

“Air Fryer Baking Magic: Over 100 Incredible Recipes for Every Baking Occasion promises to transform the way we bake,” the synopsis says. “From timeless favourites to crowd-pleasing party bakes, irresistible savoury treats, easy breads and celebratory cakes, these mouthwatering recipes will transform your baking, effortlessly.”

Sear said: “My journey with air fryers has been nothing short of transformative. With careful research and lots experimentation, I’ve crafted a book filled with tried-and-tested recipes that will elevate anyone’s bakes, unlocking the secrets of air fryer baking.”
