Hay House to publish self-help book from Andrea McLean

Hay House UK will publish This Girl Is on Fire, a self-help book by TV broadcaster and journalist  Andrea McLean. 

The publisher acquired world rights direct from the author. The title will be released in print, digital and audio on 29th September 2020, with McLean reading the audiobook herself. 

In the book, McLean will share her own personal journey of walking away from an abusive relationship and how she overcame the trauma she experienced to achieve empowerment and healing. 

Through these "candid revelations", McLean aims to share "universal lessons in overcoming past trauma, toxic relationships, breakdown, burnout and more."
