Heartwood Publishing is taking over exclusive licensing and distribution rights in the English speaking world for MairDumont’s Marco Polo travel guides.
The new strategy begins on 1st April, with Heartwood also representing partner publishing company lists.
Heartwood is a new publishing company, focusing on the travel market, set up by Crimson Publishing m.d. Andy Riddle.
He said: “It’s great to be able to launch Heartwood with such a renowned brand as Marco Polo.
"It’s an important first step in building a strong portfolio in travel and we look forward to working in close co-operation with MairDumont to drive the development of Marco Polo in the English language.”
