Hera has scooped two "high-concept" romances from Jon Rance.
Publisher Keshini Naidoo acquired world rights in a two-book deal directly from the author. One Hundred Moments of Us will be published as a paperback original and e-book in summer 2024 with the second book following in spring 2025.
Billed as "deeply romantic [and] utterly relatable", One Hundred Moments of Us is the love story of Charlie and Bex told through 100 different moments, from major events to the day-to-day.
Naidoo commented: "One Hundred Moments of Us is gorgeously romantic and uplifting. Its original structure and fabulously drawn characters make it unforgettable... I laughed, cried and sighed my way through this book. I have long been an admirer of Jon’s writing and the readership he has built and we are so excited to work with him to publish these beautifully relatable and swoony reads."
Rance added: "With all my books, my mission is to write characters you can root for and relate to and to really put them through the emotional wringer. Following Charlie and Bex through 20 years of a relationship, through its highs, lows and all the messy bits in the middle, I hope their story stays with you long after the final page. One Hundred Moments of Us has found its perfect home at Hera, and I can’t wait to share it with you."
