Hodder & Stoughton has acquired Paris Fury’s How Does She Do It? The Kids, Tyson and Me.
Publisher Rowena Webb bought world rights from Rory Scarfe at the Blair Partnership. The book will be published on September 28th 2023 in hardback, e-book and audio.
Upon release in 2021, Fury’s previous book, Love and Fury, sold over 150,000 copies according to the publisher and became a Sunday Times bestseller. The question she was asked time and time again by fans and media was ’How does she do it?”
The publisher said: “For the first time, Paris will reveal the answers to how she manages her crazy life as hands-on mother and wife to heavyweight champion Tyson Fury, while also making time for herself and her friends.
“How do you pack for a holiday with six (soon to be seven) children to co-ordinate, and only a matter of a few hours’ notice? What does meal planning look like when you cater for a world champion boxer and a fussy five year-old? Is hairspray really a miracle cure for household stains? How does she manage such a big school run? Does she really do it all on her own?”
In the book, Fury invites readers “into the heart of the Fury home". This year also sees the launch of a new 10-part Netflix series “At Home with the Furys”, featuring the whole Fury family and the process of Paris Fury writing the book.
She said: “Ever since my first book came out so many people have been in touch asking how I cope with six children, plus Tyson’s busy schedule and career, and still make time for me. I won’t pretend life’s never a challenge or that I’m perfect at handling it all the time. There’s plenty of chaos and a lot of fun, and in this new book I share what works for me – my top tips, the things I’ve learned along the way, and a lot of stories I hope will make you laugh and help anyone else who’s juggling a crazy life.”
