HQ falls for Laura Pavlov's 'swoon-worthy' Magnolia Falls series

HQ has fallen for TikTok "sensation" Laura Pavlov’s Magnolia Falls series in a five-book deal.

Priyal Agrawal, commissioning editor, acquired UK and Commonwealth rights, excluding Canada, from Georgana Grinstead at The Seymour Agency. The first three books in the series, Loving Romeo, Wild River and Forbidden King, will be published in e-book and audio on 6th June 2024 with the paperbacks following in August and October 2024. Books four and five in the series will follow later this year. 

Grinstead said: "I knew the moment I spoke with Priyal Agrawal and heard her excitement about the Magnolia Falls series, that Laura Pavlov had found a home with HQ."

Pavlov previously self-published the first two books in the series, Loving Romeo and Wild River. She commented: "It is an absolute dream to work with HQ. I am forever grateful to Priyal Agrawal and the HQ team for believing in my books and I can’t wait for the Magnolia Falls series to be in the UK & Commonwealth!" 

Each of the five "swoon-worthy" small-town romances follows one of the "bad boy" members of the town’s Ride or Die club. Loving Romeo follows boxer Romeo Knight who falls in love with barista Demi Crawford.
