IglooBooks signs publishing deal with Aardman

Bonnier Publishing division IglooBooks has signed a publishing deal with Aardman for the Shaun the Sheep brand, as well as the new feature film Early Man.

According to the deal, struck with Aardman Rights and Brand Development, IglooBooks will produce a range of novelty, activity and story books about Shaun the Sheep, with the first titles coming to market in the second quarter of 2017. The publisher will also create a series of books based on Early Man, a prehistoric comedy directed by Nick Park, which is due for release in early 2018.

The Early Man books will include a junior novelisation and activity, novelty and gift formats and will be released in 2018.
