Penguin Michael Joseph (PMJ) has acquired a new book from Jamie Oliver, Easy Air Fryer.
Managing director Louise Moore acquired rights from the Jamie Oliver Group, and the book will be published on 30th January 2025, and is being supported at half price by Amazon and Waterstones. It will be accompanied by a new primetime Channel 4 series.
The synopsis states: “In Easy Air Fryer Jamie helps cooks take their gadget to the next level, showing how to achieve bold and delicious flavours and just how vibrant and versatile air frying can be. The book will feature 80 full-colour recipes and some tips and hacks and includes everything from quick midweek fixes to weekend food to share and impress.”
Oliver said: “Air fryers have become a staple gadget in so many people’s homes, giving people an easy, healthy and quick way of cooking. I’ve spent months experimenting with recipes to bring you my air fryer cookbook which puts taste first. I guarantee you that you’ll be making meals people won’t believe were created in the air fryer."
Moore added: “Jamie has been there to support home cooks for over a quarter of a century, and in Easy Air Fryer he continues to accompany both novice and experts alike with his guide to air frying.”
