Joe Wicks has collected “all his best strategies and tips for a happier, healthier life in one impactful book” for HQ, The Body Coach: 15 Minutes a Day.
The title is part of a multi-book deal announced in 2020, in which HQ publisher Lisa Milton acquired world rights from Bev James Management. It will be published in hardback and e-book on the 7th December.
The blurb reads: “From healthy recipes whipped up in moments, to workouts you can do in your lunch break and practical life advice including how to finally put down your phone and concentrate, The Body Coach: 15 Minutes a Day is a powerful new guide that finds realistic ways of using 15 minutes a day to help us feel our best.

HQ said the collection contained “all his best strategies and tips for a happier, healthier life in one impactful book”.
