Kyle Books has bagged Fruitful: Sweet and Savoury Fruit Recipes Inspired by Farms, Orchards and Gardens by pastry chef Sarah Johnson.
Publisher Joanna Copestick acquired world rights from Alice Saunders at The Soho Agency for publication in April 2024.
Pitched as a "celebration of fruit and all the glorious variety it can bring to our plates", Fruitful includes the key techniques for cooking with fruit and contains more than 80 recipes in chapters on citrus, berries, stone fruit, orchard and vine fruits. The recipes are also interspersed with flavour charts and pairing suggestions for every fruit, and contains four interviews with fruit growers and farmers.
Copestick said: "Sarah is a wonderfully inventive chef and an inspirational advocate for buying, growing and eating sustainable ingredients. Her food is next‐level delicious and fortifying, and I’m absolutely thrilled to be publishing her first book."
